To construct a freezer room for storing frozen seafood for distribution, with dimensions of approximately 50 x 36 x 12 feet and operating temperatures ranging from 5°F to -13°F or -9.4°F to -22°F, the following specifications are proposed:

We will use 150mm PIR panels for the construction. These panels have a foaming density of 42kg/m³ and provide grade B1 fire protection.Different panel thicknesses are recommended based on varying ambient temperatures. For instance, at an ambient temperature of 68°F, 120mm panels are suitable, while at 104°F, 180mm panels are recommended.

The specifications provided for the construction materials are as follows:
Insulation Panels: High-quality XPS panels with a compression strength of 250KPA.
Waterproof Layer: A 3mm thick SBS waterproof layer, ensuring zero leakage.
Vapour Barrier: Two layers of PE film vapour barrier for optimal protection against moisture.
These materials are chosen to ensure durability, waterproofing, and protection against vapor ingress, thus maintaining the integrity of the freezer room for storing frozen seafood.
We typically utilize a 7 x 8 foot sliding door to facilitate the passage of forklifts, with the option for customization according to specific requirements.Employing German design and production technology ensures that all materials are highly durable, leak-proof, and resistant to cold temperatures.Moreover, a high-quality heater is incorporated to prevent any frosting issues, ensuring optimal functionality in maintaining the desired temperature within the freezer room.
Based on the dimensions of 50 x36 x 12 feet, we opt for two sets of 18 horsepower Bitzer compressors.Each set is designed to provide half of the refrigeration capacity. This setup offers redundancy, ensuring that if one compressor fails, the other can support the storage temperature for a period of time, maintaining safety.The compressors selected are original new Bitzer units, renowned for their quality and reliability as a German brand.Additionally, the system includes Danfoss solenoid valves and pressure controls, an oil separator, and an accumulator to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the refrigeration system.
